Rule 21
Re-appointment of conciliator
If the conciliator who has received the letter of appointment according to rule 20 gives a notice that he does not want to work as a conciliator according to section 10 of the Act, if any conciliator is removed according to section 13 of the act or if any conciliator dies, the parties or the body hearing the case shall follow the procedure of rule 18 or 19 Once completed, another conciliator will have to be appointed.
